Customers will be informed of any delivery charge before ordering. Delivery date advised on acceptance of your order, confirmed by e-mail. Our delivery service will deliver your goods Monday-Saturday between 10am and 6pm
We deliver locally and you will find a list of all delivery areas at the checkout. Please contact us if your delivery area not in the list.
We cannot accept liability for delay, in the event that nobody is at the address to receive the bouquet. Delivery is interpreted as an attempted delivery.
It is your responsibility to correctly enter the delivery address.
In unlikely event your flowers are damaged, please retain the flowers and contact us directly within 24 hours of delivery time. We cannot accept liability for the claim outside of this time period.
We guarantee our flowers will last for a minimum of 5 days. In the unlikely event your are not happy with your flowers, please contact us immediately.
We cannot accept liability for any indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of enjoyment, loss of business, loss of goodwill or economic loss whatsoever other than death, or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
